Richard Grady Neeson (born 1947) is a former Democratic member of the Louisiana State Senate who from 1980 to 1992 represented District 38 in Caddo and DeSoto parishes.^[1] During his Senate tenure, Neeson chaired the Committee on Transportation, Highways and Public Works.^[2]
